Return & Refund Policy
We make each product to order, specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
To request a replacement or refund, contact us at returns@ctrlshiftprint.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
– Your order number
– A clear photo of the issue
We will resolve it promptly.
Exceptions & Eligibility
– We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, design preferences, or address errors.
– We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
– All sales are final.
European Union customers: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Refund Timing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
